The Malagasy integrated development initiative is set to empower the population, the poor and marginalized of our society. It will demand better-quality, transparent and accountable governance from the public and private sector leaders resulting in a vibrant and growing economy for the benefit of one and all.
We will intentionally make growth more inclusive by lowering poverty rate in the nation, creating some two million jobs, developing resilience, driving innovation, and building greater trust in government and in the population in general.
We will work tirelessly to reduce all forms of criminality, corruptions, and theft as a priority while enhancing peace and security. In parallel, we will commit to pursuing infrastructure development at a national level with a determination to restore and protect our environment and natural resources.
Madarise will encourage policy formulation and implementation of economic, environment and social development programs for the 15 years at every level. This nationwide collaboration between the government, the private sector, and civil society is unprecedented.We are anticipating a mass projected financial investment to the tune of 200B USD, which is a determining factor for the economic growth impact, sustainable job creation strategies and planned deployment of resources and technologies.
Ongoing extensive consultations will be carried out within all sectors of the economy to determine appropriate strategies, policies, and interventions directed to the priority needs of Madagascar.
Madarise is each one of us rising without compromise with one heart and one mind to impact our great nation and for the betterment of our people. This Malagasy initiative has the unique characteristic of not financially mortgaging the nation and subjecting future generations to state debts, unlike other funding models.

The newly elected President together with the State of the Republic of Madagascar represented by its Minister attached to the Presidency and in charge of Presidential Projects will soon launch the First Phase of development in Madagascar. Engineering, Procurement and Construction (EPC) is the particular form of contracting arrangement that Madarise has chosen to run the development projects simultaneously. Discussions have been engaged with the group HOK for their known quality design work. Madarise is presently looking for a worldwide reference in the construction and infrastructure development industries, both civil and infrastructure EPC. For the Agricultural development aspects Agri Food City is Madarise prominent group that we are considering.

Though this one in a lifetime economic and infrastructure development initiative is actually happening in Madagascar, Madarise has strategically decided to incorporate its holdings in the Republic of Mauritius, the international financial Centre of the region. The jurisdiction has all the necessary legal and financial framework to help carry out this regional development.
